About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Experience Specialist to join our team at Reedsy. You will be working closely with authors, creative publishing professionals, and optimizing conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer support to authors and creative publishing professionals
- Review projects submitted on the platform and provide feedback
- Build customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce Reedsy's features
- Maintain and update our FAQ based on user feedback and questions
- Suggest product features based on user feedback
- Contribute to maintaining a high NPS
Requirements
- Native-level English speaker
- Strong writing skills and analytical mind
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
- Customer support experience is welcomed
- Fluent in French, Spanish or German is a bonus
