About the Job


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Experience Specialist to join our team at Reedsy. You will be working closely with authors, creative publishing professionals, and optimizing conversion.



Key Responsibilities



  • Offer support to authors and creative publishing professionals
  • Review projects submitted on the platform and provide feedback
  • Build customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce Reedsy's features
  • Maintain and update our FAQ based on user feedback and questions
  • Suggest product features based on user feedback
  • Contribute to maintaining a high NPS


Requirements



  • Native-level English speaker
  • Strong writing skills and analytical mind
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
  • Customer support experience is welcomed
  • Fluent in French, Spanish or German is a bonus
