About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will support us in delivering a positive customer experience in a metric-driven environment. You will be responsible for protecting the best interest of our clients by handling customer inquiries and resolving complex issues, completing account maintenance, and processing transactions for mutual fund account holders and financial professionals.

This role is not about selling or accepting complaints; it's about providing exceptional customer service to U.S. customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, utilizing an automatic call distribution system. We work within multiple transfer agent systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues

Salary and Working Conditions:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This full-time position works an eight-hour per-day schedule of 2:30pm – 11:00pm CET or 5:30pm – 2:00am CET, Monday through Friday, after the completion of training. You will have the option to work from home or in our office located in Poznan or in a hybrid model.
