Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and/or chat
- Respond promptly to client inquiries in a professional manner
- Assess and resolve client issues effectively, collaborating with colleagues as needed
- Accurately document all client interactions and transactions in the database system
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction, call resolution, and quality assurance metrics
We seek an individual with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, experience in conflict resolution management techniques, and excellent communication skills to effectively de-escalate situations.
Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience working in a customer-facing role or related field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems and relevant technologies desired
- Customer service industry experience preferred
The ideal candidate also possesses experience working in retention roles, demonstrating persuasive abilities, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for meeting goals.
