,[Provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of information and contribution to data management: governance and data cleansing activities, Validate and enter data (e.g. applications, generic data maintenance, orders, resignation and renewal) for multiple countries, Perform deep and complex documents validation and check information for completeness and correctness in compliance with business conduct rules, Investigate requests from Amway Business Owners and independently provide appropriate solutions based on experience and acquired Customer Service knowledge, Assist other team members with daily duties, Accurately enter and update data records in various IT Systems, Identify system errors and inform uplines about all ABO related issues, Monitor and maintain inbound channels and document workflow, Collaborate on daily basis with other Central Functions, Contribute to high data quality and apply data governance standards, Protect personal database and apply all legal requirements in regard to personal data protection, Support Amway driven data entries or correction in case of urgent exceptional situations to provide seamless ABO experience, Generate innovative ideas and solutions that will increase ABO satisfaction and support an environment that embraces continuous improvement to drive customer value, As Subject Matter Expert contribute to optimize cross departmental process and workflows, Contribute to projects in various departments outside of regular scope of responsibilities] Requirements: Tools: .
