Drive Revenue Growth as a Business Development Manager

CodiLime is a software and network engineering industry expert, providing services to top global networking hardware providers, software providers, and telecoms. We create proofs-of-concept, help clients build new products, nurture existing ones, and provide services in production environments.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager at CodiLime, your primary objective will be to drive deals and close value. You will own the client relationship from initial contact to contract signing.
Responsibilities- Owning the Deal: Qualifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, building proposals that balance risk, value, and client impact.
- Building Winning Proposals: Working cross-functionally to co-create proposals that resonate technically, strategically, and commercially.
- Knowing When to Walk Away: Identifying red flags and dropping low-potential deals before they consume valuable time.
- Sealing the Deal with Strategy: Delivering trust, clarity, and confidence to clients, not just pricing.
- Staying Involved Post-Signature: Monitoring delivery progress, maintaining rationale, and intervening if necessary to protect both client value and CodiLime's interests.
- B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Flexible working hours and approach.
- Professional growth through internal training sessions and a training budget.
- Solid onboarding process for easy integration.
- A collaborative atmosphere among passionate professionals.
