Cloud Infrastructure Sales and Customer Success Representative

We are Koyeb, a global company headquartered in France, Europe. We're building a product used by developers and interacting daily with our developers' community - which are our users.
All our communications, internal and public, are in English. Our long-term mission doesn't change, but you need to be willing to work on a short-term roadmap evolving quickly depending on user feedback.
Sales and Customer Success RoleWe're looking for an experiment sales professional who can grow our customer base in France and Europe through a mix of inbound and outbound connections with demanding technical stakeholders.
You will work with key decision-makers in development teams and enterprises, helping them understand how our solutions can accelerate their deployment, improve infrastructure efficiency, and accelerate growth.
This is a full-time position based in our main office at Station F in Paris, France.
We provide standard full-time contracts with full-health coverage and standard benefits.
About the JobAs our first team member dedicated to Sales and Customer Success in Europe, you will embark on a mission to bring our technology to AI-intensive companies and ISVs managing large infrastructures.
Our platform dramatically improves efficiency of AI workloads and accelerates deployments.
This role is focused on growing our customer base in France and Europe, through a mix of inbound and outbound connections with demanding technical stakeholders that need trustworthy platforms to support 24/7 operation.
Key Responsibilities- Research and Identify Potential Customers: Across targeted industries who could benefit from our platform.
- Proactive Outreach: Reach out to prospects through email, phone calls, and social media to initiate conversations and create interest in our solutions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with CEO, CPO, and the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Customer Qualification: Be the first point of contact for prospects including highly technical stakeholders and product teams, and qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining if they align with our platform's value proposition.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential users, showcasing how Koyeb's platform can streamline application deployment and infrastructure management.
- Event Attendance: Attend industry events as a crucial ambassador for Koyeb, effectively communicating our mission, platform capabilities, and value proposition to customers and partners.
- Folllow-up and Lead Tracking: Conduct personalized follow-ups with attendees, nurturing relationships and moving qualified leads further along the sales pipeline. Use Attio, our CRM, to meticulously track outreach, interactions, and progress to maintain an organised sales pipeline.
A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and AI workloads is essential for this role. Additionally, you should have experience working in sales and customer success roles, particularly in fast-paced startup environments.
Benefits and SalaryThe salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer full health coverage and standard benefits.
