We are seeking a highly skilled LIMS Operational Support Consultant to join our European team at NNIT Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2-3 support for LabVantage 8 and LabsQ systems, including troubleshooting, user management, configuration management, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with key-users and end-users to address technical issues, answer inquiries, and provide guidance.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, escalating to vendor support when necessary.
  • Perform system monitoring, system updates, patches, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Work with business teams to maintain system integrity and compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
  • Update and maintain system documentation.
  • Assist in system integration, validation, and documentation tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with LabVantage 8 and LabsQ.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with laboratory processes and regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to quickly switch priorities based on business requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Time and priority management skills.
  • ITSM tool, ServiceNow experience.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management).
  • LIMS Service Ownership understanding.
  • Flexibility and adaptability based on scenarios.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL/Oracle SQL.
  • Reporting configurations (JasperReports, MS Word engine-based).
