LIMS Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled LIMS Operational Support Consultant to join our European team at NNIT Czech Republic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2-3 support for LabVantage 8 and LabsQ systems, including troubleshooting, user management, configuration management, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with key-users and end-users to address technical issues, answer inquiries, and provide guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, escalating to vendor support when necessary.
- Perform system monitoring, system updates, patches, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Work with business teams to maintain system integrity and compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
- Update and maintain system documentation.
- Assist in system integration, validation, and documentation tasks.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with LabVantage 8 and LabsQ.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes and regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to quickly switch priorities based on business requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Time and priority management skills.
- ITSM tool, ServiceNow experience.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management).
- LIMS Service Ownership understanding.
- Flexibility and adaptability based on scenarios.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL/Oracle SQL.
- Reporting configurations (JasperReports, MS Word engine-based).
