About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager Assistant to join our team at Halo Lab. As a Sales Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing incoming leads, gathering and analyzing information about potential clients, and maintaining and updating our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming leads to determine their potential and readiness for sales engagement.
  • Gather and analyze information about potential clients to understand their needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and persistently to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead qualification criteria and strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead qualification metrics, including conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and trends, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
  • Engage with leads to build relationships, answer initial queries, and provide relevant information about our services.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the lead qualification process and suggest actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
