We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our Operations team.

About the Role

This is a customer-focused position that requires engaging with users to provide technical assistance and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and problem resolution to customer queries
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's needs, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution
  • Initiate, manage, answer, and solve customers' inquiries
