Sales Career Opportunity
The Future Key Account Manager Program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or business and technical students to develop their sales skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This program provides comprehensive development opportunities, including a one-month onboarding program, and enables participants to learn from industry experts and experienced managers.
About the Program
The program combines two areas of sales work: account management and key account management. In the first phase, participants will be fully responsible for their own accounts, influencing in-store promotions, executions, visibility, and sufficient stock levels. They will also have the chance to learn priceless retail experience for their future careers.
In the second phase, participants will co-lead the business with one of our retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee, responsible for a category or customer. They will plan and develop business, learn the specifics of categories and customers, and how to sell what to whom.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with key market retailers to understand customers' and shoppers' needs and contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Develop negotiating and sales skills, financial and marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply).
