Job Description:Solvent and Chemicals Sales Manager
You will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and expanding market presence within the Coating & Paint industry. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with departments to achieve sales targets, and promoting our products through local and international exhibitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of solvents and chemical sales, with a strong grasp of the Coating & Paint industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze market information.
- Perseverance: Demonstrated perseverance in achieving sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and responsible, with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Marketing & Negotiation: Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, internet research, and basic accounting principles.
- Education: Minimum BA/BSc in Chemistry, B.Com, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in the chemicals industry.
