Job Overview:

This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who is passionate about sales and has a deep understanding of the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Coating & Paint industry, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Activity Management: Oversee regional sales activities, identify new potential customers, and expand our market presence.
  • Product Sales: Drive sales of solvents and chemicals within allocated territories, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets, demonstrating a strong customer focus.
  • Cost Calculations: Prepare accurate cost calculations and provide customers with competitive quotations.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate terms of agreements with customers to close sales effectively.
  • Exhibitions: Attend local and international exhibitions to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Finance Coordination: Collaborate with the Finance department on matters related to customer payments and credit management.
  • Technical Support: Address customer technical queries regarding new and existing products, providing expert advice and solutions.
