Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Unisystech Consulting Inc. in [Location]. This role is designed for individuals with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, including employee contracts, onboarding paperwork, and personnel files.
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
  • Provide support in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the resolution of employee issues and concerns, escalating to senior HR staff when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and metrics.
  • Help maintain HR documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
