HR Administrator with Strong Organizational Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Unisystech Consulting Inc. in [Location]. This role is designed for individuals with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, including employee contracts, onboarding paperwork, and personnel files.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Provide support in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the resolution of employee issues and concerns, escalating to senior HR staff when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and metrics.
- Help maintain HR documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
