Job Description

As a Business Developer for Growth Marketing, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering our Growth Marketing services, including SEO, PPC, CRO, Data, and Email Marketing;
  • Owning the sales process, from lead qualification to solutionizing, proposal creation, and deal closure;
  • Conducting outreach and sales calls to engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound strategies;
  • Maintaining CRM and sales pipeline records to track deal progress;
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to work closely with team leads;
  • Providing consultative insights to help businesses understand how scandiweb's Growth Marketing services can impact their success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to communicate with leads, present confidently, and articulate business value;
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing and eCommerce (or willingness to learn);
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset;
  • Ownership of deals and CRM management;
  • Comfortable with sales outreach, client calls, and proposal preparation.
