Technical Key Account Manager for eCommerce Solutions

We're seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Key Account Management team as a Junior Technical Key Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of eCommerce solutions, web development methodologies, and a business mindset.
About the RoleIn this position, you'll focus on understanding our customers' needs and pain points. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling services.
You'll prepare compelling business presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients. Developing strategic account plans, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention are key aspects of this role.
If possible, being available for travel to various locations, including Europe, the Middle East, and the US, will allow you to engage with potential clients and establish valuable connections.
This is your chance to work shoulder-to-shoulder with eCommerce experts who engage with industry leaders, leading daily sales activities and preparing new offers while engaging potential clients through calls.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A good understanding of eCommerce solutions, web development methodologies, and a business mindset.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Akeneo, or PimCore.
- Strong communication skills, with confident skills in English and the ability to express oneself well in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- The ability to learn new frameworks, systems, and obtain certifications.
