In this role, you'll focus on understanding our customers' needs and pain points. You'll build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling services.
You'll prepare compelling business presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients. Developing strategic account plans, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention are key aspects.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside eCommerce experts who engage with industry leaders, leading daily sales activities and preparing new offers while engaging potential clients through calls.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of eCommerce solutions, web development methodologies, and a business mindset. Familiarity with platforms like Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Akeneo, or PimCore is recommended.
Strong communication skills are essential, with confident skills in English and the ability to express oneself well in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
A competitive starting salary of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered to the right candidate.
