About the Role

Scandiweb is seeking a skilled Technical Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will focus on understanding our customers and identifying their needs and pain points. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic account plans and monitor performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions
What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting salary of $120,000 per year, plus substantial monetary bonuses based on successful lead conversion to clients. You will also have the opportunity to work with inbound leads, conduct thorough research of networks, ecosystems, companies, industries, and individuals to uncover business objectives and identify opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Akeneo, Pimcore experience
  • Hands-on eCommerce and solid knowledge of web development methodologies
