About the Role

ManpowerGroup s.r.o. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual who can effectively resolve customer requests, manage them in the system, and provide professional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat
  • Manage customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful responses to customer queries
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Fluent English & Danish (B2 level) language proficiency
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support environment

  • An estimated salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, based on location and experience
