  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through conferences, events, and meetings.
  • Support Business Development Manager in achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to upsell products or services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely issue resolution and regular check-ins.

Performance Monitoring: Track key account metrics and present findings to senior management to ensure goals are met.
