We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Merchant Services team in Czechia. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hiring and managing teams, driving growth, and improving quality through project-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train account associates to scale the merchant service team
  • Develop and implement best-in-class support strategies and standard operating procedures
  • Analyze support distribution and satisfaction to identify business opportunities
  • Drive proactive engagement and reduce reactive support
  • Liaise with developer teams to improve local tooling and products
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones to manage motivation, productivity, and performance
  • Collaborate with front line support and account management teams for seamless merchant experiences
