- Manage and handle marketing materials;
- Coordinate internal meetings, manage budgets, and provide financial reports;
- Maintain customer databases and sales reporting systems;
- Handle administrative tasks to comply with legal regulations and policies;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success;
- Continuous optimization and simplification of processes and functions;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- University or college degree;
- Pharmaceutical market experience;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
€50,000 - €70,000 per year.
