We are seeking a talented and ambitious Revenue Growth Lead to drive our sales strategy and propel revenue growth.
About the RoleThis is a high-impact, hands-on position within our small but dynamic growth team. As a key member of our team, you will have a direct influence on our growth trajectory and play a crucial role in achieving our 30%+ YoY growth goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the growth team's full scope, leading a team of 3 people responsible for customer support, customer success, onboarding new users, and driving upsells as well as new sales.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, combining PLG, inbound, outbound, and cross-selling efforts with other Toggl products like Track, Plan, and Work.
- Take on a direct, hands-on role in sales, bringing in new business, and contributing as an account executive.
- Collaborate across teams, working closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams, as well as with teams from other Toggl products.
Growth Mindset Required:
- Ambitious and growth-oriented individual with a strong track record in SaaS growth, particularly in sales and PLG.
- Results-driven and data-focused, making decisions based on metrics and continually refining strategies.
- Adaptable and agile, able to pivot and recalibrate as needed in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a collaborative environment and able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Your Benefits Package:
- €65,000 annual salary, reviewed annually based on company and individual performance.
