We're seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Expedia Group.

About the Role

In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through various channels, ensuring seamless experiences for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Inquiries Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer inquiries through voice, chat, email, and other channels, minimizing customer effort.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to address complex issues promptly and effectively.
  • Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to ensure thorough issue resolution and enhance future interactions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-12 months of proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and German with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in customer care management software and Microsoft Office programs.
