Job Overview
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Appsilon.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support - Smoothly onboard clients with close cooperation with the sales, ML, Platform, Legal teams, and client's procurement teams.
  • HubSpot Management - Maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Sales Process Efficiency - Work closely with the Sales and Delivery team to ensure there are no missing notes, tasks, outdated tasks, missing or outdated properties.
  • Training and Support - Provide training and support to the Sales and Delivery team on using sales tools.
  • Onboarding - Help onboard new sales team members.
  • Dashboards and KPIs - Ensure dashboards are accurate and represent a real-time summary of sales metrics, and Appsilon key performance indicators (KPIs) from Hubspot are up-to-date.
  • Process Standardization - Implement best practices and ensure the sales team adheres to standardized processes.
  • Sales Materials - Keep sales materials and sales directories clean and updated.
  • Knowledge Base - Ensure the knowledge base has the most recent descriptions of Sales processes.
