Poszukujemy osoby, która:

  • Posiada minimum kilkuletnie doświadczenie w roli Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / Digital Marketing Director lub pokrewnej – w środowisku retail + e-commerce,
  • Zarządzała dużymi zespołami marketingowymi, najlepiej in-house,
  • Swobodnie porusza się w środowisku narzędzi takich jak Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Power BI,
  • Jest operatywna, nastawiona na działanie, potrafi kreować strategię, ale też samodzielnie wdrażać rozwiązania,
  • Posługuje się językiem angielskim na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację biznesową.

Poszukujemy doświadczonego lidera, który weźmie odpowiedzialność za kompleksowe działania marketingowe organizacji, działającej zarówno w kanale detalicznym, e-commerce oraz dystrybucji B2B.

Obowiązki
  • Opracowanie i realizacja rocznego planu marketingowego oraz budżetu,

  • Budowanie przewagi konkurencyjnej w kanałach digital (SEO, paid media, social media, direct),


  • Wspieranie wzrostu sprzedaży w kanałach retail i B2B oraz rozwój marki własnej,


  • Kierowanie kilkunastoosobowym zespołem specjalistów (obszary: digital, content, grafika, SoMe, PR, webdev, YouTube),


  • Współpraca z Dyrektorem Sprzedaży oraz kluczowymi działami firmy.
