Hledáme zkušeného CRM & Loyalty Managera, který převezme plnou zodpovědnost za náš zákaznický životní cyklus. Člověka, který chápe data, miluje systém, ale zároveň vidí člověka za číslem. Tvým cílem bude budovat dlouhodobé vztahy, zvyšovat retenci i LTV a dělat z našich zákazníků ambasadory značky.

Co tě u nás čeká


• Vlastnictví CRM strategie – definuješ a exekuuješ kompletní CRM a retention strategii napříč kanály s cílem maximalizovat LTV a retenci zákazníků.

• Rozvoj věrnostního programu – navrhneš a povedeš náš loyalty program od strategie po vyhodnocení, aby se stal přirozenou součástí zákaznické zkušenosti.

• Marketingová automatizace – budeš řídit a optimalizovat kampaně napříč kanály (email, SMS, push, web layers) a nastavíš chytrou personalizaci v každé fázi customer journey.

• CDP & technologie – převezmeš ownership nad implementací a rozvojem CDP platformy, která bude základem pro všechna rozhodnutí.

• Marketing mobilní aplikace – společně s týmem posuneš naši appku v komunikaci, retenci i využívání zákazníků.

• Customer feedback & komunita – ve spolupráci se zákaznickou péčí budeš analyzovat zpětnou vazbu a přetvářet ji v konkrétní zlepšení.

• Vedení specialisty – povedeš emailing specialistu a budeš jeho mentorem při rozvoji kanálu i know-how.

Co od tebe očekáváme


• Praktickou zkušenost s moderní CDP/marketing automation platformou (segmentace, scénáře, A/B testování, personalizace, RFM analýza).

• Data-driven mindset – perfektní orientaci v metrikách LTV, CAC, AOV, CR, Churn Rate, ROAS a schopnost vidět souvislosti mezi nimi.

• Zkušenost s email/SMS marketingem a zvyšováním retence v e-commerce prostředí.

• Schopnost pracovat s dashboardy a datovými vizualizacemi (Looker Studio, Power BI apod.).

• Základy projektového řízení a chuť pracovat s AI nástroji pro automatizaci a efektivitu.
