Hledáme mediora až seniora, který už má social zažitý v rukou, má cit pro vizuál + tone of voice a baví ho řídit tým, tahat za nitky obsahu a mít pod sebou výsledky, které reálně hýbou brandem.

Co budeš dělat


• Vést sociální sítě Vilgain pro CZ/SK (a postupně i další trhy).

• Nastavovat obsahovou strategii, tonalitu a dlouhodobý směr značky.

• Vymýšlet kreativní koncepty, nápady a psát skripty i copy.

• Řídit produkci obsahu pro IG, TikTok, YouTube a další kanály.

• Vést SOME tým — nastavovat očekávání, dávat feedback, podporovat růst.

• Hlídání kvality výstupů od briefu až po publikaci.

• Práce s daty — vyhodnocování výkonu a optimalizace obsahu.

• Organizace projektů, prioritizace, řízení kapacit a hlídání deadlines.

• Spolupráce s marketingem na kampaních a brandových aktivitách.

Koho hledáme


• Máš zkušenost s vedením sociálních sítí značky nebo agentury alespoň 3 roky.

• Umíš vést tým, nastavovat směr a motivovat lidi.

• Máš kreativní myšlení, vizuální cit a smysl pro detail.

• Dokážeš psát chytlavě, čistě a v jasném brandovém tónu.

• Rozumíš trendům, datům a víš, proč obsah funguje (nebo ne).

• Umíš pracovat rychle, přesně a samostatně.

• Baví tě zdravý životní styl a Vilgain ti dává smysl hodnotově i produktově.

• Máš drive, chuť růst a posouvat věci dopředu.
