Logistics Coordinator Weekend UK

This is a part-time (24 hours) weekend based role with the following hours:

-Saturday: 8 hours

-Sunday: 8 hours

One weekday of your choosing also 8 hours.

*All working hours are standard business hours

The Logistics Coordinator Weekend UK is responsible for the planning of all domestic transport orders for finished goods and empty goods, at the best total price and the highest efficiency, focused on weekend shipments and execution. Daily planning and follow up on execution together with Order Management, Inventory Deployment and different warehouse teams.

What will you be doing:  

• Capture all transport requests and changes via e-mail/request form/phone/Lync and enter them into the transport planning and the systems

• Able to manage slot bookings and adherence to them to your different carriers

• Monitor daily transport execution, solve arising issues and answer to ad-hoc requests

• Communicate efficiently and clearly to all stakeholders to align on transport plan and follow up on the execution and changes

• Ensure correct payments of shipments by collaborating with the admin department and informing them about specialties in the execution

• Working with fellow team members in order to manage the day-to-day workload

• Drive process improvements and standardizations

• Stakeholder management  - Order Management team, Inventory Deployment team, Procurement, Reporting & Admin teams, the carriers, breweries and warehouses across the region

What you'll bring: 

• Fluency in English, additional European language is a plus

• Prior experience within Logistics

• Process improvement mindset and the desire to keep learning

• Ability to handle a variety of stakeholders and seniority levels

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Adaptability and resilience are a key

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, …)

• Experience with SAP is a plus
