As a Compliance Programs & Processes Manager you will keep the Compliance Policies up to date and ensure appropriate visibility and implementation as well as create and lead communication and training campaigns to drive compliance culture across our business, aligned to our principles as well as manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance projects and programs aligned with global objectives.
What will you be doing:
- Embed a compliance culture by leading initiatives that enhance visibility, relevance, and accessibility of compliance practices
- Ensure internal policy governance, guide Business Units through policy implementation and updates and answer questions regarding compliance policies
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital compliance tools, dashboards, and automation solutions, including AI integration and perform regular audits on compliance dashboard and roadmap aligned with global standards
- Coordinate internal communications on compliance topics and events and support the execution of trainings to internal teams
- Ensure effective policy governance by guiding business units through implementation and updates, supporting global compliance objectives
- Manage requests raised in the Compliance Channel and own and evolve compliance-related processes
- Design and implement new processes and provide recommendations for improvement of current processes, in order to increase efficiency
- Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate relationships with internal teams and third-party agencies
- Ensure positive/structured/timely communication within the organization – including other AB InBev departments, that include close cooperation with the Security and People team's on relevant confidential matters
- Ensure a high degree of reliability and confidentiality perception from the employees and colleagues
What you will bring:
- 3 years minimum of relevant experience (including working with confidential information or investigations or as a legal counsel)
- Undergraduate degree in law, business administration, human resources or related field or relevant experience. Additional compliance-specific qualifications is an advantage.
- Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other Microsoft 365 Apps and experience or willingness to learn about automation tools and AI
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other major European languages is an advantage
- Strong interest in Compliance, Anti-Harassment and Ethics topics
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders across different departments (externally and internally)
