What Youll Do:
As an Air Travel Consultant, youll be the go-to person for customers seeking assistance with reservations, cancellations, online check-ins, and general travel guidance. You'll:

  • Handle incoming phone calls in both Hungarian and English.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable support while maintaining top-notch customer service.
  • Keep records organized by registering conversation details in our dedicated system.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that rewards efficiency and quality.

  • Fluency in Hungarian (B2) and English (B2)verbal and written.
  • A tech-savvy, service-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic (or already reside there).
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, and the availability to work onsite during training.
