About the role
As an International Business Development Manager, you'll drive our global growth strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in markets where we haven't yet established a presence. Your mission will be to find potential across regions beyond Europe, building partnerships, evaluating market entry strategies, and driving revenue growth from scratch. Once deals are closed, you'll take ownership of those accounts, nurturing relationships and ensuring their long-term success.
Tasks- Identify, establish, and close new business opportunities in international markets
- Develop and execute market entry strategies, leveraging insights to identify potential and maximize business impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new partners, distributors, and key stakeholders, ensuring long-term growth and success
- Negotiate and oversee commercial agreements, ensuring they meet performance targets and support snuggs' growth objectives
- Represent snuggs at major industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities, promoting our brand and strengthening global connections
- 3+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or wholesale, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or DTC sectors
- Proven experience managing partners or distributors across multiple markets, driving both new business and ongoing account growth
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to build strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a self-driven approach, and ability to execute independently in dynamic, fast-growing environments
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet partners, attend trade shows, and explore new markets firsthand
- Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
