Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Media & Partnerships Manager to strengthen and grow our local retail media business at foodora Czech Republic. This role is based in Prague and focuses on developing high-value partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering impactful advertising solutions for brands and retailers in the on-demand delivery space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow partnerships across Restaurants, Dark Stores & Shops, collaborating closely with CPGs and media agencies to meet commercial objectives.

     

  • Support Commercial teams by developing tailored media proposals and brand activation strategies to drive category and partner growth.

     

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring sustained collaboration and business development.

     

  • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling sales pitches and proposals, demonstrating the value of our advertising and promotional solutions.

     

  • Oversee the execution and performance of advertising campaigns (on-site, off-site, fixed, and biddable placements), ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROI and partner growth.

     

  • Work closely with Promotions, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure smooth delivery of media solutions and alignment with company priorities.

     

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.

     

  • Manage and develop a small, agile team of Retail Media specialists, focusing on performance, collaboration, and growth.

     

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in retail media, eCommerce, digital marketing, or brand activation, ideally with exposure to FMCG or CPGs.

     

  • Proven ability to build partnerships and negotiate with brands, agencies, or retailers.

     

  • Knowledge of digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic, or PPC solutions.

     

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link advertising performance to business outcomes.

     

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, fluent in Czech and English.

     

  • Analytical and results-oriented, comfortable working with data to inform decisions.

  • Experience managing projects or small teams in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
