Hledáme zkušeného obchodníka, který převezme zodpovědnost za personální i obchodní strategii a poradenství na naší pobočce Topolová v Praze. Hledáme někoho s dovednostmi v oblasti leadershipu, schopností motivovat tým a s vizí, jak nás posunout dál. Máte chuť:
  • zajistit, aby naši klienti každý den zažívali výjimečný klientský zážitek, založený na poradenství s přidanou hodnotou a prvotřídní péčí
  • inspirativně vést a motivovat bankéře
  • komunikovat vizi a strategii banky, řídit změny a provádět jimi svůj tým
  • být zodpovědný za splnění obchodního plánu 
  • reprezentovat pobočku v komunitních akcích i na sítích
Budeme si rozumět, pokud:
  • máte min. 2 roky praxe v oboru bankovnictví
  • se cítíte být leaderem, schopným ovlivnit a rozvíjet svůj tým
  • máte výborné organizační schopnosti, znalost akvizičních, poradenských a prodejních technik a jste silný v komunikaci
  • jste zkušeným obchodníkem v oblasti finančních služeb orientovaným na dosahování výsledků
  • rozumíte práci bankéře a ovládáte ji, znáte principy poradenství a standard poradenského rozhovoru
  • jste fanda digitálních technologií a umíte jich aktivně využít při práci
  • máte SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání
