Právě teď hledáme nového kolegu či kolegyni na pozici People Relations Services Specialist do Brna nebo Rajhradu. HR profíka, který má rád systém, zvládá každodenní agendu s přehledem a zároveň rozumí tomu, že za každým číslem ve výplatní pásce je konkrétní člověk.

Co můžeš od této pozice očekávat:
  • Budeš klíčovým článkem v zajištění administrativní HR agendy – od nástupů po odchody zaměstnanců.
  • Správa a aktualizace dat v HR systémech i dokumentaci zaměstnanců.
  • Příprava podkladů pro mzdy, kontrola správnosti údajů, reporting a analýzy.
  • Podpora kolegů v týmu a komunikace s interními zákazníky napříč firmou.
  • Aktivní účast na zlepšování HR procesů a zvyšování zaměstnanecké zkušenosti.
Jaké zkušenosti a klíčové dovednosti hledáme:
  • Zkušenost s HR administrativou, ideálně 2-3 roky praxe ve výrobní či jiné velké firmě, případně v logistickém centru.
  • Orientace v základních HR procesech a pracovně-právních pravidlech.
  • Samostatnost, preciznost a schopnost plánovat si práci.
  • Komunikační dovednosti a orientaci na zákazníka – v našem případě kolegy.
  • Základní znalost MS Excel pro každodenní práci.
  • Úroveň angličtiny B1 tj. zvládneš se domluvit s kolegy a kolegyněmi, ale i napsat a přečíst emaily.
  • ŘP. sk. B pro pravidelné cestování do naší kanceláře v Brně nebo Rajhradu.
  • Znalost systému SAP výhodou.
