What you'll be doing

Charakteristika pozice:

  • Aplikační podpora softwarových a cloud prostředí klientů společností
  • Administrace jednotlivých spravovaných řešení a provádění rutinních činností
  • Zajištění podpory uživatelů spravovaných řešení
  • Participace na realizaci servisních zakázek v souladu s technologickými a procesními postupy
  • Komunikace s IT pracovníky zákazníků v rámci řešení servisních a projektových činností
  • Eskalace události a incidentu na vyšší úrovně podpory v rámci NTT organizace a jednotlivých vendorů
  • Participace při testování nových verzích a funkcionalit systémů a aplikací
  • Vytváření dokumentace řešení
  • Práce ve směnném provozu
  • Dohled a proaktivní monitoring IT prostředí zákazníků

Požadované dovednosti:

  • Orientace v IT prostředí a telekomunikací
  • Analytické myšlení, schopnost syntézy, pečlivost, vysoká míra odpovědnosti
  • Schopnost rychle se rozhodovat a samostatně řešit technické problémy IT služeb
  • Organizační schopnosti
  • Základní znalost problematiky síťových a infrastrukturních prostředí
  • Základní znalost/zkušenost s administrací Cloud řešení
  • Silná motivace k dalšímu odbornému růstu
  • Orientace na zákazníka
  • Komunikační dovednosti
  • Ochota pracovat ve směnném provozu (24/7, 12h směny)


Upřednostňujeme / je výhodou:

  • Praxe s nástroji pro správu a dohled sítí
  • Zkušenost/znalost ITIL procesů a práce v ITIL/ITSM systému (ServiceNOW)

Požadavky na kvalifikaci:

  • SŠ/VŠ technického směru
  • Obecný přehled v IT oblasti
  • Znalost anglického jazyka na komunikativní úrovni
