The HR Data Management Associate will be responsible for:

  • Generating employment contracts for candidates and creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors (HCM)
  • Transferring data of employees moving to different teams or locations
  • Managing employee personal data changes, such as marital status and bank details, for the German location
  • Updating employment and career changes, including promotions, compensation changes, and terminations
  • Processing payment requests for employees from other HR functions
  • Developing a deep understanding of HR processes to serve as an advisor to customers while providing an excellent service experience
  • Performing quality checks on maintained data to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Taking advantage of opportunities for team's innovative projects that help drive SAP's technology and improve data maintenance processes

Note: The above tasks are examples of the scope of responsibilities, which will be assigned upon joining the team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • English language proficiency (German language is a plus)
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work with confidential information in a timely manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fast learner
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • SAP HR system knowledge is an advantage

The Data Management team focuses on daily data maintenance for personnel administration and consults with relevant stakeholders as needed. The position is full-time (40 hours/week).
