In order to continue our growth, we are looking for dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will approach the prospective customer base with a view to increase the revenue stream for Extelligence, relying on your natural customer focused and target driven mentality.

In this role, you will cultivate relationships with client contacts and your colleagues internally. Depending on the client engagement, the position will involve creating new business opportunities either through existing clients or new clients.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Communications, or experience in related field is preferred.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
  • Proven sales management experience with IT services sector
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Extelligence offers a competitive salary along with Car Allowance, Sales Commission and where targets are met bonus.The position is based in Prague, Czech Rep, and thus Czech Language along with Fluent English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through networking, and customer referrals.
  • Experience of selling IT Services to clients
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
