Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - IT Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the IT sector.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in HR tech or similar IT products. You will be responsible for:
- Proactively generating leads and identifying businesses interested in HRM/CRM solutions;
- Conducting negotiations, closing deals, and maintaining ongoing client communication throughout the sales cycle;
- Delivering system demos and presentations, providing continuous client support and guidance;
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Participating in HR/tech industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads;
- Collaborating with the Product team to develop growth strategies;
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, including partnerships and new markets, aligning sales initiatives with company goals;
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our HRM/ERP products and conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends;
- Working closely with marketing to understand customer needs and tailor messaging to specific audiences.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B (SaaS) sales; preferably in HR tech or similar IT products.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide private healthcare and a generous training budget.
