We are seeking an experienced IT Sales and Business Development Manager to oversee our entire staff augmentation business process.

This role involves managing the full sales cycle, covering lead generation, outreach, sales development, closing sales, and account management.

Your ultimate goal is to build long-term relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other departments to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT sales, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes

Requirements:

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary, plus additional benefits, including Sport subscription, Training budget, and Small teams.
