Sales Partnership Development Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at GetResponse S.A. in Poland.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth for GetResponse MAX.
In this role, you'll also provide training and support to new partner recruits, ensuring they can effectively promote our products to their customer networks.
You'll work closely with the sales team to monitor partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales quotas and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and management
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English language proficiency
