We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at DNA325. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers and patients, analyzing feedback, and suggesting process improvements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping customers with their questions, working independently, and learning quickly. They will also participate in workshops and task forces to develop growth projects and ideas.
