Contracts Administration Specialist with English

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administration Specialist with English language proficiency to join our team at Mettler Toledo. As a key member of our Service Administration area, you will be responsible for managing back-office activities related to contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer data and update information in the system based on input from technicians or customers.
- Administer service contracts, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers.
- Cooperate with business partners in countries supported by the team.
- Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving of relevant documents.
- Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or other ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
