
Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at GetResponse S.A. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. As a key member of our Sales EMEA & US team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and maximum results.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Qualify Potential Clients: Utilize your exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge to identify potential clients and qualify leads based on various criteria.
- Generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs): Leverage your expertise in LinkedIn, industry websites, cold calling, and cold emailing to generate SQOs.
- Negotiate Terms and Close Deals: Use your negotiation skills to finalize commercial contracts and close deals that drive revenue growth.
- Manage CRM System and Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, optimize sales funnels, and provide regular reporting on current tasks and their statuses.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Polish.
- B2B Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably with a focus on SaaS applications.
- Negotiation and Project Management: Proven ability to negotiate and finalize agreements, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Competitive Salary and Commission: Enjoy a competitive salary range of 7,500 - 9,000 PLN gross monthly, plus a monthly sales commission.
