We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Account Manager to join our team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our Market Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our hotel and property product is competitive, attractive, and relevant for our global customer base.
In this role, you will work closely with our hotel and property partners to optimize content, rate, and availability competitiveness on our Expedia sites, secure additional lodging rates and availability information, and promote our brands' merchandising and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize content, rate, and availability competitiveness on Expedia sites to increase customer conversion
- Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods
- Secure promotional offers to support brands' merchandising and marketing efforts
- Educate hotel partners on self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central
- Re-establish relationships with dormant hotel partners
- Support demand generation
- Support research to identify properties not currently listed on the Expedia marketplace
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in French and English language
- High impact personality with intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy, and strong teamwork skills
- Strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proven follow-up and persistence in challenging situations
- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels and through different communication channels
