Business Development Representative for Folderly

At Belkins Group, we are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive the growth of our client base.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Job Description:We are looking for a result-oriented and communicative Business Development Representative to help us expand our business through strategic partnerships and new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in outbound marketing practices and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop a go-to-market strategy for Folderly business development by utilizing best-in-class outbound marketing practices;
- Develop B2B messages for outreach and build relationships with prospects based on solution-selling techniques;
- Operate a mailbox and sales tools, including Google Workspace, CRM system (HubSpot), Notion, Slack, and Chrome extensions;
- Enrich potential opportunities through internet research, social media monitoring, events monitoring, and other sources necessary to achieve goals;
- Book initial calls and schedule semi-automated email send-outs;
- Work in terms of dedicated KPIs for each month and quarter and forecast new ways or industries for business approach;
- Handle responses and work with objections to schedule appointments and follow-ups;
- Email marketing expertise;
- CRM system knowledge;
- Cold outreach and LinkedIn Outreach skills;
- Reply.io and Expandi tool proficiency;
- International project experience;
- English lessons reimbursement;
