Business Development Specialist with German Market Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships and opportunities in the German market.
Salary and Benefits:The successful candidate can expect a competitive daily rate of up to 800 PLN + VAT, complemented by an additional bonus of up to 1600 Euro monthly. Our comprehensive benefits package includes private medical care, dental insurance, life insurance, and a multisport card, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job Description:- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists in Germany.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling activities to identify potential customers across the market.
- Research and expand new and existing accounts, adding contacts and emails as necessary.
- Develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business leads.
- Proven experience in prospecting and business development, preferably in technology/IT Security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and German (C1 level).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to capture and manage information/data/metrics.
