Cyclad Sp z o. o. is seeking a skilled German Market Business Development Representative to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the German market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in prospecting, lead generation, and account management.

We offer a competitive salary of 500 – 800 PLN net + VAT daily, plus an additional bonus of up to 1600 Euro monthly.

Job Description
  • Assist in creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists in Germany.
  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research and expand new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, emails, strategic calling).
  • Conduct high amounts of cold-calling activities to target potential customers across the market.

The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and think innovatively.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management.
