  • Have at least three years of B2B sales experience
  • Have proficiency in German and English language
  • Have experience in working with sales targets, strategic planning, and willingness to work on the move
  • Are a communicative person and can build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Have the ability to think strategically and can plan sales activities
  • Hold a category B driving license
  • Confident, strong negotiation, persistent, and results-driven, with excellent client service and presentation skills
  • Are open to business trips abroad (approx.15-20% of working time)

  • Have a technical degree in automation and robotics, electrical engineering, or related field
  • Solid knowledge of automation systems, sensors, vision systems, motion control, and robotics
