Customer Service Specialist with Dutch Language Expertise

The recruitment process consists of three stages:

  1. A short interview with our Antal Consultant.
  2. An interview with HR & Hiring Manager.
  3. Employment contract signing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily inbound inquiries from clients and internal teams.
  • Process transactions using SAP and CRM systems.
  • Manage customer confirmations and track shipment statuses, resolving any related issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges within the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Achieve monthly targets for order quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

Proficiency in SAP is required for this role.
