About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and take on a leadership role in customer service. As a Senior Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: You will lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Ticket Prioritization and Management: You will prioritize and manage incoming tickets, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Process Optimization: You will analyze and optimize customer service processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- ITIL Certification: You should hold ITIL certification or have equivalent experience in IT service management.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential, with proficiency in Italian being a significant advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, including a managerial role.
- Competitive Salary: An attractive salary package of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
